Job Profile

• Design, develop, implement, test and deploy internet enabled applications utilizing Open source / LAMP framework
• Develop modern web 2.0 applications using HTML, PHP, Javascript and AJAX technologies
• Take ownership for full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and production support
• Analyze business requirements and transform them into feasible and achievable technical design
• Provide effort estimates and prioritize tasks as per the business needs
• Implement the design to develop and test as per the functional requirements
• Provide timely releases ( enhancements / changes ) so as to meet fast changing business requirements
• Handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions
• Administer development and production environments
• Evaluate various open source products & frameworks and propose the right solution for various business demands
• Customize available open source applications to suit the specific needs
• Maintenance of existing open source applications ( Installing security patches / upgrading to latest versions , etc )
• Solely responsible for uptime for all IT Software systems and performance of the same in the production environment
• Manage and ensure technical solution quality for web/mobile based solutions.
